What We Do
Mental health affects every aspect of our lives: how we feel about ourselves and the world; solve problems, cope with stress, overcome challenges, build relationships, and connect with others. Mental health impacts how we perform in school, at work, and throughout life. It encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing, and is an essential component of overall health. Mental Health, it is the “springboard of thinking and communication skills, learning, emotional growth, resilience and self-esteem.”
Today, more than ever, there is a demand for feel good stories and experiences. Beantown Pals has several of them and we intend to share them by all means possible. From our Tom’s Talks to Audible Stories and a soon to be released animated YouTube children’s series, we have assembled more than 180 hours of pure and wholesome comedy focused on teaching life lessons.
Our Mission
We need a whole-of-society effort to support children’s mental health. Mental health is no less important than physical health, and this must be reflected in how we communicate with regards to and prioritize mental health. The Beantown Foundation recognizes this unprecedented need to support youth mental health and has taken action to do so.

Even prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health challenges were already a significant issue for young people. The high prevalence of mental health disorders among children combined with the lack of adequate treatment, highlight the urgent need for improved access to mental health care and support. By addressing these challenges and implementing comprehensive strategies, we can create a brighter future for the mental well-being of our youth.
