Use your bean. Trust your heart. Build your character.
Far too many young people are struggling with their mental health and unable to get the support they need. We all have a role to play in supporting youth mental health and creating a world where young people thrive
Beantown Pals offers wholesome, inspirational and value driven children’s content to entertain, inspire, and motivate today’s youth. Our youth centric brand is built on a culture of living purposefully with a focus on becoming your greatest self.
Help us to raise the funding necessary to combat the current mental health crisis faced by children throughout the United States and abroad. Our funding goes to helping youth from underserved communities and to provide scholarship opportunities to students pursuing work in mental health and/or social services.
For more than 20 years, Tom Hayes has visited and spoken to K-3 children at inner city and underserved school systems throughout the Greater Boston area.
DOLLARS FOR SCHOLARS
Beantown Pals donates 5% of profits towards scholarships to High School students pursuing work in mental health, education, and/or social services.
Mental and physical health are equally vital for success. From our toothbrushes creating smiles to providing healthy meals, we promote health from the inside out.
What We Do
Mental health affects every aspect of our lives: how we feel about ourselves and the world; solve problems, cope with stress, overcome challenges, build relationships, and connect with others. Mental health impacts how we perform in school, at work, and throughout life. It encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing, and is an essential component of overall health. Mental Health, it is the “springboard of thinking and communication skills, learning, emotional growth, resilience and self-esteem.”
Today, more than ever, there is a demand for feel good stories and experiences. Beantown Pals has several of them and we intend to share them by all means possible. From our Tom’s Talks to Audible Stories and a soon to be released animated YouTube children’s series, we have assembled more than 180 hours of pure and wholesome comedy focused on teaching life lessons.
We need a whole-of-society effort to support children’s mental health. Mental health is no less important than physical health, and must be reflected in how we address and prioritize mental health. The Beantown Foundation recognizes this unprecedented need to support youth mental health and is committed to taking necessary action to do so.

Even prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health challenges were already a significant issue for young people. The high prevalence of mental health disorders among children combined with the lack of adequate treatment, highlight the urgent need for improved access to mental health care and support. By addressing these challenges and implementing comprehensive strategies, we can create a brighter future and the mental well-being of our youth.
